PROTEIN POPS
Cool down and treat yourself with our Protein Choc Pops. Made with our creamy Vanilla Ritual Protein and dipped in rich dark chocolate, these frozen treats offer a protein-packed twist on classic ice cream. Whip them up, pop them in the freezer, and indulge in guilt-free pleasure.
INGREDIENTS:
2 serves Vanilla Ritual Plant Protein
2 ripe bananas
2 tbsp almond butter
¼ -½ cup plant-based milk
1 block dark chocolate
1 tbsp coconut
Handful of chopped nuts
MAKE ME:
- In a blender, combine the protein powder, bananas, almond butter, and plant-based milk. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into an ice block tray and freeze overnight.
- In a microwavable bowl, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil until smooth.
- Remove the frozen ice cream from the tray and dip each one into the melted chocolate, coating them evenly.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts over the chocolate-coated ice creams.
- Return the ice creams to the freezer until the chocolate is set.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious homemade protein ice creams.
