FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL AUSTRALIAN ORDERS OVER $69 (after any discounts).
All other orders:
Standard shipping - $8.50 - $8.95 AUD
Express shipping - $13.95 AUD
Please note, we are humans and love our weekends just like you. We ship out orders Monday - Friday during our regular business hours. Any orders received over the weekend will be processed the next business day.
Our orders are shipped via Australia Post.

DELIVERY PROCESS
Once your order has been sent you will receive an email notification with the tracking number. A signature is required for all deliveries unless instruction has been specified for “Authority To Leave” at the check out. A card from Australia post or partner courier service will be left at the place of delivery for the recipient to either contact and instruct for a redelivery or pick up at the closest postal /courier depot if no one is available to receive goods
RETURNS

We will happily replace or refund any broken, damaged or faulty items. Should you wish to return your item/s, please notify us within 14 days of delivery with a valid reason for return. We also require that you send us photo evidence for verification.
Any other potential issues will be discussed and resolved on a case-by-case basis. We want to ensure a consistent level of satisfaction with all of our customers and endeavour to deliver amazing customer service. Please note however that change of mind purchases or not liking the flavour of our products is not a valid return request and we cannot issue a refund based on this reason. Refunds will be processed promptly through the payment method you used to make your purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to clear.
Refunds are issued at the discretion of Knowrish Well.
