BLISSFUL CHOCOLATE PROTEIN PANCAKES

Packed with the richness of Chocolate Ritual Protein, these pancakes are a powerhouse of plant-based goodness, boasting magnesium and iron. Drizzle on some maple syrup, add a scoop of vegan ice cream, and indulge in a breakfast stack that's both decadent and nutritious.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup gluten free plain flour
1 scoop Vanilla Ritual Protein Powder
1 serve Lady Love
½ tsp baking powder
1 cup almond or coconut milk
¼ cup dark chocolate chips
Coconut oil for cooking
MAKE ME:
- Combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth. Add in the milk and mix until well combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- In a large pan on medium-high heat, melt coconut oil. Pour tablespoons of pancake batter onto the pan and cook until bubbly on one side. Flip and cook until browned.
- Keep cooking until the batter has been finished.
- Serve with ice cream, maple syrup, and extra chocolate chips.
