INGREDIENTS:

1 scoop Chocolate Ritual Protein Powder 

2 tablespoons peanut butter

A handful of spinach 

1 cup almond milk

1 frozen (or fresh) banana

Ice cubes 



MAKE ME:

  • Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until well combined.
  • Pour into a tall glass and enjoy! 

TIP:

To make a smoothie bowl, just add less milk. Start off with ¼ cup and slowly add more to reach the desired consistency.
