Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie
Peanut Butter and Jelly, what's not to love? We love the combination of the creamy savoury peanut butter with the fruity sweet jam. To pay homage to this classic flavour combination we decided to make a layered Peanut Butter and Jelly inspired smoothie.
The perfect way to top off these smoothies? Put a loving sprinkle of coconut chips over them. Feel free to adjust the liquid ratios too depending on whether you like your smoothies thicker or runnier!

PEANUT BUTTER & JELLY SMOOTHIE
GLUTEN FREE - VEGAN

PREP TIME: 15 mins
INGREDIENTS
PEANUT BUTTER LAYER:
1 1/2 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup almond milk (add more if needed)
BLUEBERRY JAM LAYER:
1 tsp blueberry jam
1/2 cup almond milk
1 frozen banana
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
TOPPING:
2 tbsp coconut chips
DIRECTIONS
- Add ingredients for peanut butter layer to a high powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add ingredients for blueberry jam layer to a blender and blend until smooth.
- In a glass bottle or jar, layer the two smoothies to your liking. Finish them by topping generously with toasted coconut chips.
