LAYERED LATTE BUTTER BOARD

Satisfy your sweet butter board cravings with this layered latte masterpiece. Combining decadent vegan cream cheese with your favourite Knowrish Well Super Latte, this creation is packed full of functional goodness and tastes like a dream come true.

WHAT I NEED

DRY INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp of your favourite Knowrish Well Super Latte blends per flavour or just choose one flavour


WET INGREDIENTS

2 block vegan cream cheese 

2 tbsp lemon zest 

3 tbsp maple syrup 

 

To serve:

Edible flowers
Berries
Choc Chips  or grated
Biscuits 

MAKE ME

  • With an electric mixer, mix the cream cheese, lemon zest and maple syrup on medium speed. Once well combined, divide mixture into 4 bowls and add 1tbsp of a Knowrish Well Super Latte to each bowl and mix.  
  • To arrange your ‘butter’ board, simply spread mixture onto your board in an alternating pattern. 
  • Top with your favourite toppings and serve with fruit and biscuits. 

Tips:

Our favourite lattes to use for this recipe are Gyspy Rose, Blue Dream, Golden State and Mystic Matcha, but feel free to substitute for your favourites. If using just 1 flavour you can halve the recipe. You can also add extra latte powder for stronger taste
