GUT LOVIN' MOCKTAIL JUG

WHAT I NEED

INGREDIENTS

• 500mls mango juice
• 1 cup filtered water
• 2 tbsp Knowrish Well Gut Hero
• 200mls  pineapple juice
• 1/2 cup coconut cream
• 2 limes, Juiced 
• 500 mls sparkling water 
• grenadine - optional

MAKE

1. In a large cocktail jug mix together mango juice, pineapple juice and lime juice.
2. In a small ball mix together Gut Hero and the remaining 1 cup water until powder has dissolved. Once dissolved, add to the jug. 
3. Using a whisk, mix in coconut cream
4. Chill the base punch mixture until ready to serve.
5. When ready to serve, add sparkling water and a splash of grenadine.
6. Serve over ice.
