Easy Vegan Cinnamon Shroom Rolls
There’s nothing quite like the smell of Cinnamon Rolls baking. There’s also the excruciating wait until they're ready and while we’re absolutely all for an authentic Cinnamon roll, sometimes we’re short on time to undertake such a task (or just too impatient!). But, here’s where our little kitchen hack comes in handy: Enter, the piemaker.
The piemaker does a perfect job of cooking the cinnamon rolls quickly and on all sides in just 10 minutes. If you don’t have one handy though, place your cinnamon rolls on a baking sheet, leaving room between them to puff up.
If you follow us on Instagram you would’ve seen us teasing this easy cinnamon roll recipe on our feed and now has come the time to reveal it. While fluffy bread has been replaced with glorious puff pastry, all of the delicious cinnamon taste you love is still on offer plus more. Inside each pastry pocket you’ll taste a little bit of our best selling coffee alternative Shroom Brew Super Latte plus chopped walnuts for added texture (though you can omit them if you’re not big on walnuts but they are recommended!)
