Elevate your snacking game with this Cookie Dough Protein Slice. Made with our NEW Ritual Protein powder, almond flour, and chocolate chips, this recipe is perfect for meal prep and delivers a plant-based protein punch. Mix, press and chill your way to snacking heaven.


½ cup Vanilla Ritual Protein Powder 

½ cup almond flour

¾ cup natural smooth peanut butter 

⅓ cup maple syrup or rice malt syrup 

1 tsp vanilla extract 

3 tbps coconut oil, melted 

½ cup mini dark chocolate chips 

1 block dark chocolate 


  • Line a loaf tin with baking paper and lightly oil it with coconut oil. Set aside 
  • In a mixing bowl, add all the dry ingredients (protein, almond flour and coconut flour) and whisk until combined.
  • In a larger mixing bowl, mix together peanut butter, syrup, 1 tbsp coconut oil and vanilla until smooth and well combined. 
  • Add in the dry ingredients and stir until a dough is formed. Fold in chocolate chips
  • Roll the dough into a bowl and transfer it to a lined tin.
  • Press the dough into the loaf tin and press with the back of a spoon to smooth the top to make it even. Add mixture to the freezer while preparing the chocolate layer.
  • In a small bowl, add dark chocolate and leftover coconut oil. Microwave until melted.
  • Remove the dough from the freezer and pour over the chocolate mixture. 
  • Place the bars back in the fridge or freezer until set.
  • Cut into bars or squares and serve immediately.
