Cosy up with our Peppermint Lady Love Hot Choc. This gluten-free, vegan treat is all about cosy sips and festive fun. Topped with whipped coconut cream and candy canes, it's a holiday hug in a mug!

1/4 cup maple syrup
4 cups coconut milk
Pinch of sea salt
100g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
4 servings Knowrish Well’s Lady Love blend
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 to 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
Whipped cream, marshmallows, sprinkles, and candy canes
In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, combine coconut milk, maple syrup, and salt.
Bring the mixture to a simmer, and then remove the saucepan from the heat.
Stir in the chocolate and Lady Love. Keep stirring until the chocolate has completely melted.
To the mixture, add in the vanilla extract and peppermint extract (start with ½ tsp and increase until desired flavour is reached)
Pour into four mugs and top with your favourite toppings.
