The pasta-bilities are endless with this Simple Cheesy Pasta. Simple yet packed full of vegan cheesy goodness, this dish is perfect on its own or can be tossed with your fave protein and vegetables for the ultimate weeknight dinner. 


1 cup gluten-free pasta

1 tablespoon olive oil or other neutral oil

1 teaspoon gf plain flour

2/3 cup soy milk or other plant-based milk

1/4 cup Knowrish Well Better Cheddar

1/2 teaspoon mustard, optional

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt & pepper, to taste


Cook Pasta as per packet instructions

Heat olive oil over medium heat, adding flour and stir to make a paste

Slowly add in milk, stirring continuously until mixture has slightly thickened

Add in Better Cheddar, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper and stir to combine

Cook mixture for 1 minute then add pasta

Taste and adjust seasonings
