CHOC QUINOA BREAKFAST BOWL

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup cooked quinoa
2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 Tbsp Knowrish Well Lady Love
Pinch of salt
To serve:
1/3 cup mixed fruit
1 tablespoon sliced almonds
2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
Chocolate chips (optional)
MAKE ME:
- Add the quinoa, almond milk, salt and Lady love to a small saucepan. Place over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 3 minutes.
- Divide mixture into 2 bowls, top with fruit, almonds, maple syrup and chocolate chips. Serve immediately.
