WHAT I NEED
- 1 large frozen banana (or 1 x fresh banana + handful of ice cubes)
- 2 Tbsp natural peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 pitted medjool date
- 1 serve Knowrish Well Lady Love
- 1 ½ cups coconut milk
- Dairy free chocolate sauce
- Coconut whip cream
- Cacao nibs or peanuts
- Coconut chips
- Place smoothie ingredients in a blender
- Blitz until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a glass, sprinkle with toppings and enjoy!
