WHAT I NEED

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 large frozen banana (or 1 x fresh banana + handful of ice cubes)
  • 2 Tbsp natural peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 pitted medjool date 
  • 1 serve Knowrish Well Lady Love 
  • 1 ½ cups coconut milk 

 

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:

  • Dairy free chocolate sauce 
  • Coconut whip cream 
  • Cacao nibs or peanuts
  • Coconut chips 

 

MAKE ME:

  1. Place smoothie ingredients in a blender
  2. Blitz until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into a glass, sprinkle with toppings and enjoy!
