Smashed avo on toast with a cheesy twist? It’s a big YES from us. We’re talking creamy avocados
mixed with cheesy Better Cheddar and served on crunchy gluten free sourdough with a squeeze of
zesty lemon juice, need we say more?! This savoury classic is a must have for your next breakfast
or brunch.

MAKE TIME: 40 MINUTES
SERVINGS: 4-6 PEOPLE

WHAT I NEED
DRY INGREDIENTS
¾ teaspoon Better Cheddar
¼ teaspoon Kosher salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 slices of good quality GF bread or sourdough, toasted
WET INGREDIENTS
1 small avocado
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
 
MAKE ME
1. In a bowl, combine avocado, lemon juice, Better cheddar, salt, and pepper. Gently mash with the back of a fork.
2. Top toasted bread with mashed avocado mixture. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle over desired toppings.
