CHOC BREW MOUSSE

This dreamy avocado chocolate mousse is not just any dessert; it's a delightful fusion of creamy richness and irresistible sweetness. Infused with our Lady Love blend for that extra hormone-loving touch and powered by our Shroom Brew Super Latte for a burst of caffeine-free energising goodness, this mousse is bound to steal your heart.

INGREDIENTS: 

½ cup dark or milk chocolate

2 tbsp Knowrish Well Lady Love

1 serving of Knowrish Well Shroom Brew

3 ripe avocados

4 tablespoons cocoa powder

¼ cup almond milk

Vanilla extract

⅛ tsp salt

3 tbsp rice malt syrup or maple syrup

Servings: raspberries, whipped cream

MAKE ME:

• In a high-speed blender, blend all ingredients (excluding toppings) until well combined.

• Taste the mixture once blended and adjust flavors to suit.

• Refrigerate the mixture for 20 minutes to ensure mousse consistency.

• Spoon the mixture into bowls and top with freshly whipped cream and raspberries.
