HOW TO USE ME:

1. The acupressure pen should be used to work the skin tissue for 30 seconds to break up contractions or stiff muscles using a quality natural lotion, cream, oil or gel to lubricate the trigger point. If using on your face, a facial oil or serum works perfectly.
2. Place the ball of the pen over the desired point and apply firm pressure for three seconds while breathing in, and then release pressure as you exhale to activate acupressure points.

CARE FOR ME:

• Wipe your Acupressure crystal pen gently with a soft damp cloth and then let dry 
• It is good to leave the pen on a cloth or towel after cleaning to make sure it is completely dry before putting away
• Never wipe or rinse the pen with very hot water
• Be gentle with your Acupressure pen and avoid dropping or rattling the pen amongst other heavy objects
